Well it sounds like he has trained himself to one type of stimulation. Now he needs to retrain himself. He should slack off on the masturbating. And so should you when it comes to helping him release. You can do kegal exercises to help you control your vaginal muscles. By doing that you can "massage" his penis during intercourse and that may help. You can try arousing him during oral sex and then when he is close to ejaculating have him enter you. Then maybe that can help. Though like I said the masturbation and helping him with hand jobs should slack off. Try other ways of stimulating him. Such as oral sex and breast sex(I was trying to think of a nice way to say that one) though it sounds strange.
If after a while of trying to retrain him and nothing works(in a while I mean a month or so) then talking to his doctor might be a good idea to make sure everything is ok.
Okay, this might sound a little Freaky...
Try some roll playing. A little naughty activity might get his juices flowing. Try having sex on the vanity in front of the mirror so your hubby can watch himself. Try getting hubby to watch his unit go in you then out, etc. etc. Get him to get himself stimulated by seeing himself perform for you. Sounds confusing but it might work.
Your husband might try learning to masterbate gently; you might also don't try so hard. Also, it sounds lie you and your husband are trying too hard. Love making should be fun. Relax & enjoy; things should then happen naturally.
