does meat really help a sex drive?

I have recently become a vegetarian (about 3 months ago). And I realize I've been pretty busy, and probably not getting all the nutrition I should be anymore. But, lately I've noticed that I don't think about sex much anymore. I have less urges to masturbate, and I can't hold hard erections. I'm only 20, but getting worried. Does anyone have any advise on what sort of supplements I should be taking to improve this problem?

You are probably not getting enough of a pile of nutrients, B, zinc and E along with phosporous and others . See a nutritionalist.

Why don't you take a protien supplement? Designer Whey Protien is a good one. And take a multi-vitamin. Go to GNC they have all sorts of stuff for you.

My boyfriend is also 20 and went vegetarian about 2 years ago. And TRUST ME...there hasn't been a bit of difference <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif"> I suppose certain people respond to vitamin deficiencies in different ways. Regardless, if you are a vegetarian you should be taking supplements for all kinds of health issues, not just sexual ones.
Best wishes!
