Okay, here is the deal. I get what are almost like zits on my scrotum. They are just clogged pores, white. Is there any way to make them go away or clear up? They're pretty small, but I don't want to get more, and it seems like I've noticed more recently, is there any reason I'm getting these?
Pearly Penile Papules are usually found on or near the foreskin and penis head. Sounds like what you're describing is impacted hair follicles. These happen when pubic hairs are trying to break through the skin. THey are no problem unless they become really infected and swollen with redness to them. It's best not to try and pop them, just let nature run it's course. Keep the area very clean and you may try warm soaking baths to loosen the skin abit so they can work themselves out.
