I am 24 years old and have only recently became sexually active, same with my girlfriend, she is 25 I am 24., we were both virgins. When we have sex or make love she makes all kinds of pleasurable noises and so on and so do I . The problem I have yet to ejaculate during intercourse, we do lots of foreplay before and on times it even seems that i am almost there but doesn't happen. When I masturbate on my own in private, while looking at porn or what not I ejaculate no problem. I don't understand why its not happening as easly when I make love to my girlfriend. I do have a condition called Neurofibromatosis type 1 and she has spina bifida but there is no reason any of these two should have anything to do with it, from what I read about these two conditions , theirs no reason why we cant have a healthy sex life. Do I need to relax more do we need to do more foreplay? Also when she preforms oral sex on me, with out a condom, as were the only two people we've ever been with, my penis is extremely sensitive and almost unbearable, is there anything we can do about this? I haven't ejaculated during oral sex, the only time I have was when she have me a hand job, I hope that's the proper term to use.
Can anyone offer some advice, To me this seems like a problem that's easily fixed?
Since you both only became sexually active a short time ago -- there is still hope. LOL. Since you are able to ejaculate - by hand - the rest will come in time, when neither of you are worrying or stressing about it.
At least that's my opinion.

As you can orgasm while masturbating and she can make you orgasm by hand also it could be that you have trained your body to the grip you use. I suggest you stop masturbating for a few days, or try a softer grip and then see how you get on. As for the sensitivity that is also something you will have to work on. It will lessen after a while but you'll need to keep trying to get to that stage.

O.K. How about this (it actually might work). Try using a condom while she is giving you oral sex -- not the really thin ones, but the more "durable" kind. This should make your penis less sensitive, yet still be able to ejaculate.

Yes, it's perfectly normal. And, NO -- it's not just a guy thing, although they do have much more of the male hormone testosterone. That's why men think about sex something like 90% of the time, and women about half of that. I don't know if my percentiles are correct, however it's gotta be close.
