Every time I masturbate and ejaculate my penis oozes precum for up to 30 minutes. Does this happen to anyone else?

I would hazard a guess that it is still "***" that is just still oozing out, after the main event of ejaculation. In my own case, after I've had an orgasm, there is still some stuff that will come out even after I'm completely soft. I can squeeze it out or let it wet my underwear.
