Frenulum torn

Hi all,

My frenulum torn once during mastrubation and now though it has healed, I am haveng some issues.

I am not sure why my foreskin seems to be too tight for my shaft and it's more difficult for my foreskin to slide backwards to uncover the shaft. I can also feel the tension during my sleep when I erect.

Also now I seem to be experiencing this tiny cuts on the lower part of my frenulum when I masturbate. It happens a few times and I felt stinging pain when I tried to masturbate. Each time I waited for it to heal before I masturbate again but it happen time and again.

I am also having this fear that my remaining frenulum will tear again due to my previous experience. I have yet to see an urologist.

Any advice?
