so as the title says when i have sex without a condom it can stay hard for over 2 hours.

when i have sex with a condom i lose the erection after 30 seconds or a minute at max.

i am starting to get "scared" of having sex with a condom cause its pretty emberrassing when u pick up a hot girl and u cant even keep it hard

at first i thought i had erectile disfunction or something like that but then how come it stays hard when i dont use a condom?

It sounds reasonable that this happens. I can remember it was much less arousing to be "suited up" -- I couldn't feel as much, and it didn't feel as intimate.

Things to try: lubricant inside the condom, around the head of your penis. Or, try lots of foreplay, have her masturbate you (anything but penetration) until you're desperate to ejaculate, and THEN put on the condom. Or, try a different style or brand of condom, it might be too tight.
