I'm really embarrased to talk to anyone about my penis because i've never had a father figure or anyone to teach me what i'm supposed to do with it, so i never knew to pull back my foresking and clean it and all that but i'm 21 now and i got my first gf when i was 16 we were together for 2 years and we had unprotected sex just about everytime being that we were both virgins. i usually always got little slits/splits on my foreskin that kind of resembeled little papercuts and they hurt when they came in contact with her after it was like that. We never knew what it was and i was always to embarased to ask anyone or anything. we eventually broke up and it's been about a year and i haven't got with anyone else or anything because i've always thought there was something wrong with me. so here are the symtoms to my best description of things that may help a diagnosis,
Penis glans are a sore/red I can barely retract my foresking because it feels tight even when flaccid, but when erect theres no chance as it's to tight. I see the tip of my penis it's just like the foreskin is just a little to tight to squeeze over my the bottom/bigger part of my glans. I have athletes foot, which i read somewhere someones doctor said pulling your underwear over your foot could like cause an infection but i'm don't think i have athletes penis.I have lost about 75 pounds over the last year also, i have been excercising and lifting weights so i don't know if the signifigant weight loss is medical or from that. I have had drops of blood come out one time in the past probably about 6 months ago but i just ignored it in embarassing bliss, but it happened again today and the blood was a little more think and there was a little more than the first time. I brought it up to my mom but i don't know what to say to her because she doesn't have a penis and probably don't have any clue what's going on with mine. I havnen't had health insurance or anything so i don't go to the doctor i don't know i'm just scared for my future and for my penis.
It sounds like you have phimosis. It means that the opening of the foreskin is too tight for you to be able to pull back your foreskin. There is a sticky in the Men's Health forum about stretching foreskin. If you successfully stretch your foreskin, you should eventually be able to move it freely whether you are erect or not. This should solve your problem over time.
OK, you don't have medical insurance. is there a free clinic in your area? what about just going to the local hospital emergency room and tell them you need help but no insurance? You need to get medical care, forget about the embarassmant, the doctors are not there to judge you and besides they have heard and seen way more then you can think of
