Cut on skin of penis.
Hi, I am 21 years old and I have Lichen Planus on my penis. The foreskin/skin on my penis is very sensitive and I got a cut whilst masturbating and it's painful. I was wondering what I should do to make it heal fast, is Savlon cream a good idea? It is pretty painful.

I would say yes you can use savlon cream. It is use for cuts and helps prevent infection.
