Scrotum very high after circumcision,

Hi,

I was circumcised almost 6 months ago due to severe phismosis and generally it has been a success. My only concern is that i was cut very tight and low and my scrotum has been lifted considerably resulting in scrotum skin being lifted much higher up my penis shaft than i would have liked. Its not a major problem but if my scrotum is cold and i get an erection then what can happen is that a/both testicle(s) sometimes get pushed into my lower abdomen due to the lack of room to hang. This is most evident whilst having sex or masturbating if my scrotum is cold. Can anyone else relate to this problem or suggest a means of stretching the skin? If i could lower my skin about an inch from my penis down to my balls it would be ideal.

Hope i made sense...

thanks
