Small Bumps on base of Shaft from Shaving
I noticed a few of these little bumps on my shaft and one or two at the lower part of my shaft. They're not pus filled or anything but when I shave and go over them, they bleed pretty bad. They haven't grown or spread, but they haven't gone away. What do you guys think it is? I'm concerned about this one.

Can't really say what they might be from reading about them on a forum, but they could be swelled hair follicles from ingrown hairs caused by shaving (just like the ones you get on your neck from shaving) or could be HPV (venereal warts). Try not shaving for a few days and if they go away, more than likely they are shaving-related.
