large slug lump thing on foreskin - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

i'm 16, uncut, for quite a while ever since i can remember i've had a large slug looking lump inside the foreskin of my 'part'. when flaccid and the foreskin completely covers the head of my penis, it is invisable and sits at the very tip of the skin which is a few centimeters past the head. when i pull back the skin, or become erect, the large gross slug thing moves to the middle of the underside of my penis. it feels exactly like the cartilidge of one's ear. it is an \\_// shape not a round bump or pimple thing and moves around when squeezed but not very far from it's original position. i'm really beginning to wonder what it is i was unable to find any posts describing it which makes me think it is very unnatural

this describes what i have to a T. down to the smallest details. i went to my doctor and was told not to worry about it because it's a soft lump, causes no pain and has no signs of irritation, but the doctor was unable to identify it. i've had this thing for maybe 20 years and i'd still like to know what it is. closest thing i could find is a "Median raphe cyst".
any ideas?

Sounds like a cyst to me. I would think they could excise the cyst, and not remove anything, if you were inclined.
