A part of this answer will depend on how close your gf will be to you when(if) you ejaculate. Normally sperm will die due to the chlorine in the water. But if she is rubbing her vuvla(outside area of the vagina) on your penis to cause the ejaculation then there is a slim chance of pregnancy. If she is sitting with her back to you or the opposite side of the tub then there is no chance of the sperm living long enough to cause pregnancy. So it is pretty safe as long as you keep your penis away from her vuvla and vagina.
