Hi,
I had no idea about sex, mastrubation etc, when i was small,...i mean when i was very young ( around 18 odd..don't laugh

)..ok ok when i was 14 odd.

I mastrubated for a first time in my life & enjoyed the pleasure but was also shocked at the same time. I thought of never doing it since i was being told by my friends that doing this is not a good habit & even it is not good for health.
I never use to mastrubate for weeks together,

but i started experiencing a new problem. When i never used to mastrubate for around couple of weeks then unknowingly i used to ejaculate in the night in sleep. Does this happened with some one else also..? ..does the sperms simply try to spill out when u don't really mastrubate or when have sex for a long time..?

Called "wet dreams" it is common for some of us to release semen during sleep. Its a way for your body to get rid of extra semen when sex or masturbation isn't happening. I've only had one wet dream in my whole life, I was about 25. So they aren't something all of us face and contrary to belief, we can't stop masturbating and "cause" one. Hope this helps!

It's common, but for most men it only will happen if you don't ejaculate for a couple of weeks.

hey man - i'm 30 and it happens once in a while to me too, not in the last 6 months, but sitll - i think this is something that is pretty normal. don't worry too much about it. cheers.

I had wet dreams a lot in my teens and early twenties. Was not real sexually active in those days and I guess I just had a lot built up and it had to get out. Don't get them now.

Those were the days.
