Sometimes before sex I notice a fishy odour comming from my boyfriend's penis. Could this be a STD or is it caused by his foreskin (he is uncircumcised)?

if it doesn't smell like sweat or the smell of sex (if you have had sex with others besides the partner your talking about) then it is probably not very normal and may be a STD or him being unclean. You should make sure he cleans himself well, and if your afraid he might have a STD, go get him treated.

A very strong fishy odor is usually a sign of a yeast infection under the foreskin, which is similar to a vaginal yeast infection. Easily treated by anti-yeast ointments prescribed by a doctor.

A slight fishy odor under the foreskin is normal, especially if he hasn't showered all day, or has been sweating. It shouldn't be strong or offensive though.

Sweetgal..If you smell like a fishy odor there as well you could have an std.Chlamydia is one that smells fishy.It may not even show up on you as this is a "silent" disease and could take months to show on you.But it's a serious std and if you wait too long without seeing the doc and getting meds it can cause infertility.Just something to think about.
