(Male / 34 years) We were trying for our second child last month mid may 2012. I noticed that I have burning pain just after the intercourse. I saw a small cut (smaller than a ball point of a pen) and though may be because of excessive sex.

But we stopped sex for a week. But I continued to have mild burning sensation while urinating. I saw that the small cut has tunred red with no pain, but continue to have mild burning sensation while urinating. And then I realized that I have little brownish sore inside my penis both sides.
I consulted a urologist during the 4th week. He pescribed me antiboitic for 10 days for bacteria and yeast infection. My HSV 1 & 2 tests, and urine culture were all negative for STDs. My wife's urine culture was also negative. Urologiest said that there is no further treatment needed from their side. And if the condition persists you may contact dermatologist. I didn't see any improvement in teh sense the sore area remained as is with mild burning during urination.

I am kind of confused as to what could be the reason for this kind of sore inside my penis. Any tips or advise is greatly appreciated.
