Talking Itching on penis head
My penis head under the forskin is itching and accumulating smegma. Itching is unbearable. Is is any kind of STD. I wash the penis head with soap and water twise a day. I used Candid B cream but of no use.

Kindly suggust a suitable medicine.

Sounds like a yeast infection to me. Women get it frequently and pass it on to a partner. Being uncut makes it worse. Ask your druggist for the best antifungal cream over the counter. Otherwise pick up a tube of Lamisil and apply twice a day
