Exclamation Help! My pennis itches and swells
I am an 18 year old teen. just recently, about 3 or 4 days ago i noticed my pennis got itchy and after I scratched it a few times, the itchy parts swelled a little, looks like in the form of emerging pimples. I know its not an STD because I am a virgin.

Does anyone have any idea what this is? Any experiences? Its not a bad itch its just annoying enough to scratch. then after I scratch it it swells where its most itchy...
