Tightness in the right side of pelvic region - Sexual Health - Men Message Board

Im 23 never had any real problems before, then about 3 or 4 days ago...a few days after having a long night of sexual intercourse I noticed it was hard to maintain an erection(this has never been a problem before),then a day or 2 after that (I also was lifting some heavy weight before this) I noticed a tigtness in my right side and my right testicle is pulling up slightly, this tightness goes all through my right side into my right abdomen. This was yesterday afternoon that that happened. This morning I woke up and I have the same tightness. I wouldnt classify it as pain, just tightness.
Any idea what this could be? I dont know if the 2 events are related but it has me a little worried. I dont have good insurance so I would like to know if this is somthing serious before I go get it looked at.

Sounds like you've been a bit busy lately! LOL I'd say that the combination of sex (intense and long!) and the workout may be the cause. Could this be a hernia? Any pain associated or just tight? Its totally up to you but if it were me I'd monitor this for a few days, lighten up on things and give it a rest. If still having problems, then consider a doc visit.
