Hey is it normal to be afraid to talk and go out with girls? because i am. I really hate it. When i see hot girls looking at me i get all nervous and want them to go away but once there gone i realise that they were hot and i want to go out with them. Please help i am also 16 years old so..... big problem

It's very normal. Having confidence is difficult for some of us. Most of us improve as we get older but by then we've missed a lot of fun.

Hey there. You're only sixteen. You are perfectly normal. As you get older you will gain the confidence and maturity to handle these feelings. It's natural. Don't worry so much. Enjoy fantasizing about these girls and keep trying... you'll get there sooner than you think!

Before you know it you will be much more comfortable with your sexuality and women. This is just one of the normal stages of growing into a man. You're fine. Accept yourself and your feelings and enjoy the healthy process of sexually and emotionally evolving.

Oh yeah man, I was the same way. I would wait for girls to come to me and maybe the odd one would but usually never happened. You'll grow out of it. a big step is once you get out of high school. You'll realise that it's ok to just go talk to a girl you don't even know.

When I was 16, I was way shy, now in my 40's I understand that the young girls are the aggresors. So sit back and enjoy!!
