for some time now (especially when I get an erection) my penis gives off a rather unpleasant odor similar to fish. are you uncut? if you still have foreskin you either arent cleaning well enough or you might have an infection. if youre cut , then you might have an infection also. that smell is from bacteria. blehhh

ya I am cut, I had jock itch a while ago and I bought some antifungal spray for it that got rid of it, but I guess that wouldn't help since it is for fungus, anyway you think using neosporin as lube would do the trick ? lol
What you have may be a male version of what for women is called bacterial vaginitis/vaginosis. It's common in women and can be passed to the man during sex. That is what usually causes the "fishy" smell. It can be cleared up easily with antibiotics from your doctor. Good luck!
