 Buildup On Sides of Testicle Hairs
I've noticed some buildup of some kind on my testicles. They are only on the hairs on the outersides of my testicles. It seems as though they can be scraped off the hairs. I've shaved the hairs with the buildup, but when they grow out, they immediately have the buildup on them as little hair sprouts. What is the cause of this? Should I be worried and go see a doctor?
