Here how it goes.. well im going out with my gf for about 4 months now im 18 shes 17,, is my first serious relationship.. we are both virgins... Few days a go we decided to have sex.. so we started making out and everything but i had problems maintaing erection.. i don't know is it because of the condom or wot.. it has happened again.. the day after..this is very frustrating it hurts inside that i cant preform... i had a erection but when i was about put it in i lost it and i saw the disappointing look in her face and it put me off so much that i could get erection,, maybe i need oral sex but she is not ready for that.. afterwards at all she rubbed my penis but nothing..but i felt some pain in my left testicle maybe thats wot is causing all that drama to my life.. i had a scan done on my testicles for suspected hernia but the test didn't show anything to lump no hernia nothing... this is really destroying me inside as im starting to lose interest in sex as i know i wont preform because i wont keep my erection... could someone give me some help..

Yogiz: Don't get so down on yourself for something that happens to almost every guy. I am no doctor and don't know everything about sex (but it's fun to learn!)

Sounds to me like your nerves are getting in the way of things. Why not tell your girl that you aren't ready for full on sex yet and go with the "fooling around" that doesn't involve penetration. Sheesh, if she's ready for intercourse why not a little oral first to get things rolling? If she wont why don't you take care of her these ways. Meanwhile, masturbate at home at least once or twice a day to get to know your body's cues etc.

If you still truly cannot maintain an erection you need to get checked out by a doctor.

Most importantly do NOT let it ruin your fun and your sense of sexual ability. Have fun learning about what pleases you and your partner. Don't harass yourself with negative thoughts. If you still feel there's a physical problem, fix it...get to the doc.

Yeah this happens to everyone. Just try to be relaxed and take deep breaths. Also you can have her rub it to get you up before. Just think about how great the sex will be and focus on it.
