erection weakness and penis numbness

Hi. I am 26 years old and would like some advice... I am slightly overweight and have had a lot of stress in my life recently. I had my penis go numb twice and it took several minutes to regain feeling. It was no pins and endless feeling just foreign and little pain. Thought it was the way I was sitting. I cannot get full erection anymore and struggle to reach climax. This has been going on for a few months. What is going on? Can erectile dysfunction affect me at 26? How can I regain sensitivity and full erection again?

Yes it can. Lack of a strong erection and the struggle to reach orgasm are the symptoms you have identified. Deal with the stress in your life and those symptoms will fade away. It's easy for me to say that, I know. The difficult challenge for you is: what are you going to do about the stress in your life? Only you can plan strategies for that. There are many people and groups willing to help you sort out your problems. Start looking. Take that first step. Your sexual difficulties should be given second place until the stresses in your life are sorted. You will achieve full and strong erections once your other stresses are dealt with.

The momentary numbness in your penis is a mystery. Perhaps it is, as you say, the result of how you were sitting. Don't worry about it; these things happen. If the numbness returns and persists, you should consult a doctor.

But, for the moment, treat your erection difficulties as nothing more than a temporary annoyance.
