Ive got the itchiest balls. And the lower part of my shaft is ichy. Some times i will irritate a hair follicle from so much itch and my skin can sometimes flake. Im Almost positive that i dont have an STD because im a virgin and my sisters seem to have no problems with their boyfriend which would almost rule out the possibility that i inherited an STD from my parents. It isnt jock itch because i have seen a doctor about this and he simply said its normal some people itch down there

also is it normal to have alot of hair follicles half way up the bottom side of your penis...help!

was my doctor a retard? i think so

Yep, totally common to have hair follicles up the shaft of your penis. Also common to itch there, alot sometimes depending on the time of year, sweating etc. And you're right, can't be an STD and although there are a couple that pass from parents to their newborns...it is rare and then mainly HIV. I'd suggest using a bit of powder after each shower or change of clothes, GoldBond anti itch works well. Helps keep things dry and prevents some itching there. Good luck!
