I'm afraid we're going to need a bit more information. How long have you had this rash? What does it look like? Sexually active? Ever had this before? Sorry for all the questions, just needed some more info

no its not sexually active.. they are on my testicles and up the shaft of my penis, i am only 18 yrs old and are to scared to see a doctor, do u no anything that i can do to get rid of these plz! i am a virgin still cos i cant have sex incase my G-friend see's this, we only started going out but i need help ASAP plz anyone with any help.. they are small white dots that look like pimples but have no puss inside

Hey bud, this doesn't sound like anything to be worried about. Sound like pubic hair follicles to me. They are tiny flesh colored bumps that appear on your scrotum and up the shaft of your penis. They may or may not have a pube in them. We've all got them to some degree and they are more visible at times, usually when erect. Don't give them another thought!
