I have a problem with my frenulum-when i put a condom on my penis it is painful and the skin retracts.Is there any way that i can get rid of this frenulum apart from surgery(or something that would lessen the pain while sex?).I would be very glad if someone could help me(and i am sorry if this kind of question has allready benn posted).

Hey bud, no you can't remove the frenulum as it holds the foreskin to your penis. Describe this pain more, is it only the head of your penis or specifically the frenulum? Can you fully retract your foreskin over the head and down the shaft of your penis? Answer these questions and then maybe I can help you more.

Well the thing is that i can retract the skin over the head of the penis but that is about it.When i feel the pain it is more concetrated on the frenulum itself.So is there any solution?

Just like your foreskin, the frenulum can be stretched to alleviate this pain. Just work with it gently and keep moving it farther down the shaft, warm/hot soaking baths would help. Be gentle but consistent and you should be OK.
