Exclamation

Next time they appear, get thee to your doctor to have a culture done (it is important to have the culture done as close to the time the bumps appear, or you could get a false negative). You could also ask for a blood test to be done, just make sure you ask for an IgG test, the IgM tests are useless. The only thing about the blood test is, if you ever get coldsores it will show up as a positive, and not necessarily mean you have it genitally. The blood tests don't show where the infection is located. I have herpes, genital type I, and I do not get blisters, and rarely ever get bumps, I usually just get slightly red irritated skin and sometimes one or two tiny cut looking things. Herpes presents so differently in different people, there are so many different symptoms an individual can get.
