love is a battlefield

Hello.
I am new here and new to this pain.
About 2 months ago I was having sex with a girl I had just met(circumcised).The next day there were some red areas on my head{underneath} and my whole package was sore,burned.I did not get blisters but after a long time the areas scabbed over and went to normal.
Then I developed a rash on the top of my penis.
Also I must mention I had sex a few nights before as well, like an after school special I was unprotected.
One more point last year there was a few days where my"head" was burning and itching and I always had to go pee.Need to make a doctor appointment! Im so scared this is herpes,the rash has since come back in the same spot but does not hurt? Anyone ever experience these symptoms?
