on my penis there is a red pimple looking or zit that is kinda hard how do i treat it??

Pimples on your penis or scrotum are common. Best to leave them alone and not "pop" them as that could lead to infection. I'd say just watch it and let nature do its thing. May try a bit of neosporin if it opens and drains. Otherwise it should be gone in a few days.
