I looked at me penis and noticed a small white bump on the side of the shaft, and thought nothing of it really....
I masturbated and then checked to see if anything had changed or become worse, now the side of my penis is swollen up pretty big...dunno if there is a correlation, what's goign on?! I just saw all this like five minutes ago!

Rough masturbation can make the penis swell up. It should subside within a day, though.
