 Skin discoloration
I'm 39 years old and as early as 1 year ago we noticed a spot about the size of a quarter on my face. Back then it was white and silvery looking. Now I have multiple spots mostly on my face, and they seem to be spreading. I have gone to three different doctors and they have all given me the same medicine and it's getting very disturbing. They claim it's Tinea Verisicolor, yet the pills and the lotions times three doctors has not helped at all. My family does not suffer from Veritiligo or any other skin disease, and I'm wondering what the heck can get rid of this. I've gone as far as seeing a Chinese N.D. and she suggested it being a skin parasite - I took her 20 or so pills after 2 months and while I feel great, the spots continue growing. The initial doctor took full blood work and found no cancer, though a biopsy of an area was never done. Can anyone help?
