Hii please help me,

I only get a semi-erection and ejaculate very little semen. my concern is that I've over-masturbated. i'm 17 and i'm so scared i've damaged myself. do you think i'll be ok if I take a break for a while? i do it lik 3-4 times a day. do u think taking a break will help me "recharge"????

thanks

There is no such thing as "over-masturbating". I dont think the fact that you are doing it 3-4 times a day is all that unusual for someone your age.

As long as your masturbation doesn't keep you from doing things you need to do each day or keep you from studying or from socializing there should be no concern on your part. Also, your masturbation should not be forceful as to cause any visible injuries to your penis (ie, abrasions).

Masturbation is a healthy and safe outlet for your sexual needs which, at your age, tend to surge. As you get a little older and find a partner with whom to have sex your need to masturbate as frequently will decline somewhat.

Hey bud, calm down. You haven't hurt yourself and you'll be fine. Sounds like your body is telling you to take it easy on the lil guy though! Many of us have masturbated multiple times in a day and over many years, each of us is different though and our body will tell us that enough is enough. Maybe for you its time to "rest" a bit and not masturbate so often. I'd suggest that you take a few days off, maybe even a week with no masturbation or anything sexual. I suspect that you'll find yourself "back to normal" again and you'll be glad. If however you still have the minimal erection and it continues, you might want to check with a doc. I bet though after some rest and a routine that isn't as often...you'll be just fine. Good luck!

I agree a little break can't hurt. You'll probably enjoy a more intense orgasm after a little break from masturbating.

No doubt a break will change everything for you. Sometimes I have to in order to get stronger erections and better ejaculations. You can only produce so much. good luck

If you train yourself to take longer until climax your erection hardness should increase and your ejaculations will increase in intensity. The most intense feeling orgasms are often the ones that take the longest to achieve or the last one in a string of back to back or one right after the other.

Enjoy yourself and studies have shown that maintaining a high frequency of ejaculations throughout your life prevents the onset of prostate diseases.
