Hey i was just wondering if anyone has had minor testicular pain in one testicle. This is really worrying me guys and appreciate it if you could tell me what is going on.

I think most of us have had pain such as that at one time or another. Happens to me sometimes after lifting, running or working out. Has happened after masturbation or sex, usually just briefly though or certainly not longer than the next day. You'll have to give us more info in order for us to help. How long does the pain last? What have you been doing prior to the pain? How long have you noticed the pain being present off and on? Any other symptoms?
Well the pain has been there for two days now and you can notice it only when it is touched, and its minor not severe. Thats all i can really tell you.
Could it be from running which i havn't done in a long time and i just started a couple of days ago?
Sure, running could have created this. When running are you wearing underwear that support those lil guys? If not, I'd try wearing something with support to see if that helps.
