Post Bumps on my genitals

I have these flesh colored bumps on my scrotum, up the underside of the shaft, and prominently around the hairline at the base of my penis. They do not hurt and have never been red. They look much like the bumps on or around the nipples. They are all almost the same size and don't change size. They seem to be under the skin and at the base of a hair...even the ones up the shaft seem to have little hairs growing out of them. Some of them I can't see hairs coming out of though. When squeezed they produce a white or clear fluid(i read that you can't squeeze anything from a wart). I have heard these could be sebaceous glands or hair follicles. I have worried over the fact that they could be warts even though I haven't had sexual contact. I have looked at pictures of warts on the internet and they do not look like those. They don't appear rough when viewed through a magnifying glass...which i have heard warts should be. They also are not on top of the skin and are not red. I have had these as long as i can remember and any help on what these are would be greatly appreciated.

Exclamation

They sound like they could be molluscum contagiosum. Not at all as serious as warts, but it is a virious that can be sexually transmitted. You can get rid of them with liquid nitrigen if you go to the doctor.

It's nothing but hair follicles. But to put your mind at ease have a Doctor check them out.
