You need to see a urologist to see what, if any, options are available for you. While it might be possible to shorten a penis my a small amount, I doubt the girth can be changed. So, if you are very thick, you are out of luck. If you are simply long but of more normal girth, then you will simply need to use care to not thrust too deep.
There are some women who love huge penises and if you can get the word out about your size, woman may track you down to be with you.
I do like the advice about fore-warning potential lovers about your size before they see it. If they know in advance and can mentally prepare for it, they won't be quite so scared. Assure them you will be slow, and always keep a supply of lubricant handy, and they may be willing to give it a try.

tmotsoane......I meant as Dana said but honestly you should not feel shame and you most definitely shouldn't lose confidence in yourself because of the size of your penis. I did the math and it is not THAT big. 19cm = 7.48 inches and that is large but not that large. I think there may be underlying issues here that you need to address.
