Hi, kinda embarassed about this but I need to overcome this problem before I get any older.
I wasn't circumsized (wish i was), and I have a lot of foreskin which is part of the problem.
When I get an erection and pull my skin back, the skin gets so tight and there is a big blood vessel bulging out the pulled back skin and when I have sex it sort of bumps in and out and it hurts. Most the time I have sex without pulling my skin back because of this problem, but it feels better with it back but I cant do it because of this problem.
When my penis is normal size (not erected) I can see the vein in the top of my foreskin. How do I fix this problem?
Can I still get circumsized? Because its a vein im not sureif circumcision would be safe, what the hell am I supposed to do?

this problem is easily cured without surgery. slip your little fingers inside the foreskin, and gently pull them apart. hold them there for a while. do it several times a day. the foreskin will stretch, relieving the tightness, and likely the vein bulge as well.
circumcision is not the answer. it reduces the amount you can feel, no matter what the circ poster boys will tell you. if you want to have a circ, have one, but don't use the tightness as an excuse.
First, talk to your doctor. He will ask you some questions about your motivations, and make you sign some stuff, preliminary to the procedure. Of course, you will be aenesthetized during the procedure, and of course, doc will touch your penis. Doesn't make either you or he gay.
Drs touch penises all day long. I would surf the web for related sites and give the matter lots of thought before making a decision. Good luck.
why would you want a circumcision, you don't need?
do you really think feeling would be the same, after losing 20,000 nerves, and your penis' only moving part?
do you really want to have to use lube to masturbate?
research showed that circumsized men loose their sensitivity in their thirties if circumsized in early childhood and varies with those that circumsized in their teen years. the point is those that are circumsized may enjoy the pleasure for now but it's limited! think about it!
