Angry ejactulation Problem
I'm a 51 year old reletive healthy male with a very active sex life. I've recently been having problems reaching orgasm during sexual intercourse.I'm able to ejactulate usually but sometimes I can not during regular intercourse.After some effort from gf I'm able to ejactulate from oral but not during intercourse?

Hello,

Anejaculation, which is the inability to ejaculate, has both psycological and physical causes. You did not mention any physical pain so I am inclined to think that the situation may be caused by simple stress ie. from work, ect. Prostatiitis, urethal blockages, ect can cause this as well. Do you have any other physical discomfort?

No I have no discomfort what so ever other then the frustration of getting so close and then nothing
