 HELP No sex drive
I am a 32 year old male and have next to no sex drive. Sheesh what happend I was a horn dog at 18...well the reason I am asking is my wife and I are trying to have a child but it is kind of hard to when you don't have sex. The gynocologist wants us to have sex 3 to 4 time a week, I am lucky if I have sex once a month. We have both had a very non sexual relationship, although lately my wife is getting annoyed about it. There are some midigating circumstances.
I have had 2 triple disk lamenectomies and diskectomies in the lower lumbar region. I have been diagnosed with Erectile dysfunction and currently take viagra for that. I also take effexor xr which is known to lower sex drive. I also take pain meds, since the last operation didn't go so well :-(. Regardless of all that I had the problem before my second operation where the pain meds came into the picture. Is there ANYTHING out there that can help increase sex drive. I fear my wife may leave me if I cannot figure out something. This has been an issue since we met almost 6 years ago and I think she is at her wits end. Thanks

1988 triple disk Lamenectomy L3-4,L4-5,L5-S1. good for about 6 months pain on and off for the next 12 years
EMG shows nerve damage right leg
Nov. 2002 Triple Disk Lemanectomy, discectomy L3-4,L4-5, L5-S1. WORSE. MRI shows scar tissue causing pain. Neurosergeon says nothing can be done.
Seeing PM doc on Neurontin 1800 mg daily stopped taking neurontin effecting job performace
