I've had sex only twice in my life, in both ocations I lost my erection after penetration. I suppouse that the first time it was because I was super-nervous, but after loosing it on the second time I'm starting to get worried, I mean when I think about having sex again I'm already concerned about loosing my erection.
I know this must be a phsycological issue because I normally wake up with an erection, I even wake up sometimes in the middle of the night because I'm ejaculating due to a sexual dream.
I've been reading other post in this forum about guys who cannot finish whith their girls, only if they masturbate. I feel something similar. It may sound funny but intercourse bores me. It feels great at the beginning but after a little while I feel bored. I love fore play and my erection is great there, but while penetrating a girl I don't feel enough stimulus. On the other hand my "rhythm" sucks, I know I need more practice there.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Some men have sensitivity issues when they wear condoms. Sometimes, it can feel nice in the beginning but, as you say, the feeling goes away after a short while. If you can't get enough stimulation, then you will lose your erection.
If she is loose or overly lubricated, you will not feel as much. Also, if you masturbate, you can lose sensitivity if you use too much hand pressure. The female vagaina cannot clamp down nearly as hard as your hand, so you may need to basically retrain yourself to be able to remain aroused with a lighter touch. Refraining from masturbation for a few weeks, might do it, or making sure you use a very light touch.
Thinner condoms, or rubbing some lubricant on the head of your penis before putting on the condom might help, too.
you need to relax a bit. It happens to alot of guys
next time you insert and you feel it going soft have
her perform oral to get it going again, and maybe
manually stimulate her as well to keep her going.
It sounds like you are thinking about it too much
and getting nervous, and your rhythm will improve in time. good luck
