My husband gets small to marble size lumps, bumps on his penis. Just like little cysts or something, he seen the Dr. and he said it's nothing to worry about, but it's weird. only 2 or 3 but when I give him a BJ I think I will hurt him. They do go away, but come back every now and then. Does anyone know what it is? He is a large man(penis) about 9 1/2 inches when hard, and that's when I notice them the most. He said they don't hurt.

I really don't think your going to hurt him I have small bumps on my penis and there called sebaceous glands but there more aparent in me. They might be something like that

If they are up to marble sized lumps that come and go, they are most likely impacted hair follicles. Kind of like a pimple.
