Hey bud, NOT true. This is different for each of us and development happens across time. For most of us, growth is usually done by the mid to late teens. Although, puberty officially ends at 21, so for some, growth does continue until the early twenties. Please don't measure your development by others your age, your body will develop in its own time and on its schedule. Here's one tip....no matter what size it ends up being...be proud of being a guy, take care of that equipment and use it wisely. Girls fall in love with the owner, not the equipment!
