Uroprin is an alternative. Do a search on the internet and you can find out more about it. Even though I can get it up without that, I've use it to help last longer. It does make me harder too. Never used viagra.
Side effects for me:I have a headache afterwards for about 24 hours. Also, I keep getting hard for periods of time during the next couple of days and am very horney those days. The headache sucks though, it makes me feel very bad during the day. Because of the headache and constant hards and horniness I now don't use it unless I really am willing to put up with the side effects.
