When I masturbate, spending a lot of time hard, but without finishing the act (stop before orgasm), theres this big pain in the nuts. I beleave thats normal, couse I heard other guys complain about the same thing.
1-Is it realy normal?
2-What cause it?
3-When it happens, is there some demage to my body, I mean, is it a dangerous thing?
4- If there are demages, is it permanent?

Called blue balls....its the result of blood being forced into the areas that cause erections and ejaculations. When we get all worked up and don't ejaculate, the pain is the result of our body being all excited and not finishing its job. Masturbating to ejaculation will solve the problem. It is common for all of us when this happens. No permanent damage is done and nothing is wrong, the pain will go away after a while.
