Have been jelquing for the last 4 days...it s the first time I try and I have too much on it...about 600 a day in two sections of 10 min each. Well..I saw my erections becaming hard to achieve and stoped. Today is the second day without exercices( I did some stretchings and kegels too...about 1100 kegels a day) and I see no big changes.Hard to achieve, harder to mantein the erections. Is my penis just tired? Will it get better? Please peaple! Some ligth?! I m scaried !
You shouldn't have stopped this is all normal, the reason your finding it harder to get an erection is because the pc muscle is the one which control your your erection and having worked it out it will be tired hence why you cant get a erection. The longer you keep doing it you will see it gets better, and harder. Keep faith. I mean its only been 4 days. I'm been on it 3 months and i'm fine. You usually cant get full erection after your workout, but say about 5 hours after or the next day its fine. If you have any other problems and i know you will having just started just ask me
I think your starting out with a bit to much. 1100 kegels a day is alot, i would start with around 200-300 , and 100 - 200 jelqs a day, you need to work your way up and now start out so strong or you will hurt yourself. Take it slow and give yourself a couple days to heal pu the damage.
I think all of you into this jelquing stuff are really putting your penis at risk of permanent damage. And for what? another half inch or an inch of erect length? Who cares? Without a ruler, nobody will be able to tell the difference!
If you're smart, you'll quit the jelquing stuff now, and just be happy with the penis you've got.
My initial measurements were, 6.4" length and 5" girth its around about average or so im told. Anyway i started jelqing in june. Now in 3rd month,i've passed nearly 7.2" length, girth im happy with already but i think im at my target of 6". I'm probably gonna slowly go off it once im at around 7.6"ish and just keep doing pc flex's to keep it healthy. Thing is focus why are you so against it, I know people who have been doing it for years and and theres no problem. True that your gf not gonna get a ruler and measure it, but then why go to the gym to get in shape, why do men always perfer women have slightly larger breasts. Why do women talk about guys with large penis's. I dont know its the world where in? If you dont wanna do anything about it then fine. As far as i know jelqing is as safe as weight lifting, now try to lift too much too soon and you've got problems, set backs same with jelqing. But done slowly and correctly its fine. What people need to know jelqing is a long commitment. It can take upto 6 months to 1 year to get te results you want. So dont expect to wake up the next day 2 inches bigger. If anyone wants any advice on the matter I'll try my best.
Also Satty- I think I asked this on another thread but its about the veins. When you jelq your veins get much bigger and im seeing ones ive never seen before that do not look great, i know its normal but there a little too big. Does this just come with the progress, or do the veins eventually chill out?
