You shouldn't have stopped this is all normal, the reason your finding it harder to get an erection is because the pc muscle is the one which control your your erection and having worked it out it will be tired hence why you cant get a erection. The longer you keep doing it you will see it gets better, and harder. Keep faith. I mean its only been 4 days. I'm been on it 3 months and i'm fine. You usually cant get full erection after your workout, but say about 5 hours after or the next day its fine. If you have any other problems and i know you will having just started just ask me
