Smile I need a little more help please.
This white stuff on the inside of my penis and on the top part is just two white spots kinda hard. I tryed washing it i got alittle bit but not all. so what is this and how do i get reed of it. and should i worrie.

No do not worry. It is normal. It is called smegma. It is produced to neutrilise the acidity of the urine that may sometimes collect. To get rid of it use a baby oil or such like. This acts as a solvent and "breaks it down" and it becomes easy to remove.
