My nipples don't do anything for me. But I've heard some guys can orgasm from just massaging their nipples! So I guess there's a wide spectrum out there of nipple senstivity among guys. Its probably just best to ask if that turns them on or not.
There seems to be a misconception in the gay male world that every guy has sensitive nipples, so this has become sort of the friendly greeting where a guy will greet another by tweaking his nipple and saying "hi".
My nipples don't do anything for me any more. They did when I was a teenager, but they feel as sensitive as the rest of my normal skin nowadays. Other guys will instantly spring to erection at a slight caress of their nipples.

About 1 in 500 males have Klienfelters, about 1 in 5 have gynecomastia at sometime in their lives. Some women have the opposite genes & chrosomes. They can have wide shoulders, strong muscles, some upper body hair & small breasts. Very few humans are the perfect Hollywood standard without plastic surgery.
You say you have "C"-size breasts. Curious as to why you haven't had them reduced. Do you like them? Don't have money to pay for surgery? Afraid of surgery?
