i think i masterbate to much after my climax my chest realy hurts. i do not not what to do. how can i stop this i just wont it to stop i need help

Well if you are having serious chest pains while mastUrbating, then:

STOP MASTuRBATING until your doctor can diagnose you.

I suspect that you would rather, for the short term, avoid a heart attack even if it means you cannot mastUrbate for a while.
