hi im a 26 year old male who has had this problem all my life want to knw how to fix it. i can only be inside a girl for about 20 to 30 seconds and its all ova and i am sick of it how do i make myself last longer,,,, helllp
I used to have that problem. I think it was about when I was your age. Every now and then I still do. I'll feel the fullness gathering in the old ballsack before I'm ready and so I just slide out, reach down and give my self a good squeeze at the base of the shaft. Not full-fisted, just thumb and forefinger. It takes that immediate urgency away. And then I just work it into the act. You don't have to always use it like a plunger. Lots of other things to do with an erection. Tease her. Rub it over her ****. Slip in just a little and then slip out again. It can be a feather and a battering ram and anything in between. Use your tongue. Use your fingers. Use your imagination. She'll enjoy it if you're thinking of her and not worrying whether or not you'll look like a stud pornstar (you won't, and she doesn't expect it). What you find you can do, if you pace yourself like this, is let off a little steam without blowing the whole boiler. Just a little. That may take some practice, but it's not hard to learn. Let the urgency subside. Maybe even get a little softer. Keep her aroused and keep the tension going. If you really can't reach a place where the trigger is not ready to trip, then just raise the heat so that when you finally shift into overdrive, she's about as ready to pop as you. Face it, all other things being equal, you're going to get off no matter what happens. So it's about her. Work with what you've got, keep her in mind and you'll find you've created a cooperative partner who will gladly work with you. Everybody wins.
And do this exercise six or seven times a day: imagine you're cutting off a urine flow. That muscle that you contract is crucial. Strengthening it will do wonders for your stamina. Do ten or twenty contractions, six or seven times a day and you'll see a change. Guaranteed.
If they get you asking
the wrong questions,
they don't have to worry
about the answers
