Question What are they?

i have these spots on the underside of my foreskin, the are yellowish/whiteish small pimples that are under the skin.
does anyone know what they could be, and if i should be worried?
i am 16 years old, and i have not had any sexual experiences.
thanks

Nothing you should be worried about. It sounds like a common condition known as PPP I have read a lot on these boards about. If you do a search on the subject you can determine for yourself if you think it's what you may have.

Are they on the inner side of the forskin? If so, they are most likely Fordyce spots. They are completely harmless. They are overactive sebaceous glands. Spots on the outer side of the foreskin and shaft and also sebaceous glands and hair follicles.

Can you get rid of them?- No
Will they spread? - Maybe
PPP = Pearly Penile Papules - small growths along the ridge of the glans.

Fordyce Spot and PPP are discussed frequently in the Mens Anatomy and Health forums. You can read more about them there.
